1. Dead On Arrival: For significant damage to the outer packaging upon receipt. 2. For quality problem of products received: Please take a photo and contact us for return&refund or replacement. 3. For incorrect/lost products: Please take a photo and contact us immediately. Once confirmed, we will ship the correct/lost item with next order. 4. For Lost Package: Please contact us asap with detailed information that you have (Order number, tracking number, pictures, etc) and list the lost items and then make a complaint to carrier. Once confirmed, we will reship the item to customer asap. 5. Warranty Time:One year.

3. Improper operations like water damage, incorrect installation that result in flex cable damage, screen damage, scratch, or bezel damage.
